Millbaker is boosting its range of special breads with the launch of two products (a 100% mix and a 25% premix) in partnership with the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur Association, a healthy eating and environment approach recognised by the French Ministry for Agriculture and Health.

The Pepsane baguette with flaxseed is a commitment to respect Nature by feeding people correctly.

The Pepsane Bleu-Blanc-Coeur commitment is threefold:

1 - Respect for the environment:

The Pepsane baguette contains flour and flaxseed produced by the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur sector. Growing flax as a crop constitutes a real environmental advantage as it not only helps to limit the addition of substances in agriculture, it also means plots require less irrigation and encourages biodiversity by meeting the need for diversified rotation.

2 - Balanced nutrition

The flaxseed used in the Pepsane baguette is selected for its exceptional natural Omega 3 content, fatty acids that are essential for Man, with scientifically proven benefits.
